Diffuser: add a few drops to a diffuser depending on your strength preference.

Body: for use and the body and for massage, dilute first with our organic carrier oil (4 drops of essential oil per 10ml of carrier oil for normal skin).

Bath: dilute with a carrier oil and add a few drops to a warm bath and mix well before emersion. 

Inhale: simple inhale and breathe deeply.

1. General Safety Information: 

For External Use Only: This product is intended for external use only. Do not ingest. Avoid Direct Contact with Eyes: Avoid contact with eyes and other sensitive areas of the body. If contact occurs, rinse thoroughly with water. Not for Use on Broken or Irritated Skin: Do not apply to broken, inflamed, or irritated skin. If irritation occurs, discontinue use immediately.

Keep away from heat sources, flames and fire. This product is flammable. 

2. Dilution and Usage Guidelines:

Dilution Recommendations:
Essential oils are highly concentrated. Always dilute with a carrier oil before applying to skin. For general use, we recommend a dilution of 2-3% essential oil to carrier oil (e.g., 2-3 drops per teaspoon of carrier oil). Patch Test: Before using the essential oil blend, perform a patch test. Apply a small amount of diluted product on a small patch of skin (such as the inside of the elbow) and wait 24 hours to ensure there are no adverse reactions.

Not for Use in Pregnancy or on Infants (if applicable): Consult with a healthcare professional before use if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, or using the product on children under 10 years of age.

3. Sensitivity and Allergies:

Possible Allergic Reactions: Essential oils can cause allergic reactions in sensitive individuals. If you have a known allergy to any ingredients, do not use this product. Sensitivity Warning: Some essential oils may cause skin irritation or sensitivities in certain individuals. Always follow dilution guidelines and discontinue use if irritation or redness occurs.

4. Storage and Handling: 

Storage Instructions: Store in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight. Keep the bottle tightly closed when not in use. Keep Out of Reach of Children: Essential oils should never be used undiluted on children or infants.

5. Specific Safety Instructions for Certain Essential Oils:

For Citrus Oils: Essential oils from citrus fruits (such as lemon, orange, or grapefruit) may cause photosensitivity. Avoid direct sunlight or tanning beds for at least 12 hours after application. For Strong Oils (e.g., peppermint, eucalyptus, tea tree): Strong oils like peppermint and eucalyptus should be used in moderation. Do not apply near sensitive areas such as the eyes. Camphor and Menthol Oils:
Camphor and menthol-based oils (like those from peppermint or eucalyptus) may cause irritation in sensitive individuals. Use sparingly and dilute well.
